General Information
- This Privacy Policy applies to the website operated under the domain wojciechowska.art.pl, hereinafter referred to as the “Website.”
- The operator of the Website and the administrator of personal data is Marta Wojciechowska, Żdżary 50a, 39-215 Czarna near Tarnów, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator.”
- The Administrator processes information about the User in accordance with the provisions of law, in particular the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/ 48/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – OJ EU L 2016.119.1 – hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data, and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
- The Administrator ensures the security of information about Website Users, in particular by protecting it appropriately and securing it against unauthorized access.
- The data subject may exercise the following rights against the Administrator:
- the right to request access to and rectification of their data,
- the right to restrict the processing of their data in the situations and under the conditions specified in Article 18 of the GDPR or to have it deleted in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR (“right to be forgotten”),
- the right to transfer data in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR,
- the right to withdraw at any time the consent previously given to the processing of their personal data, which, however, will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of such person’s data, which was based on this premise and took place before they exercised their right to withdraw consent,
- the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data for reasons related to their particular situation, as referred to in Article 21(1) of the GDPR.
- The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of their personal data by the Controller with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
Methods of data collection
- The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user who uses the contact form, including their first name, last name, telephone number, and email address. The Website also stores information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
- When a user visits the Website, data about the user’s visit is automatically collected, e.g., IP address, domain name, browser type, and operating system type. This information is not combined with any other personal data of individual users.
- The Website uses data contained in cookies, i.e., small text files sent to the device of a user visiting the Website (see below).
Purposes of data collection and processing
- Personal data provided by the user in the contact form is used to respond to the inquiry sent.
- Information collected automatically is used to administer the Website and security measures, as well as for statistical analysis.

- The administrator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). The administrator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
